Gazprom is a one of the world’s largest energy corporations and a leader in natural gas production. As a key player in the energy sector, the company focuses on the extraction, processing, and transportation of natural gas and associated products. The organization sought to modernize its internal processes by implementing a corporate portal on the Bitrix24 platform.
Project Objectives
The project aimed to address several operational inefficiencies, including a lack of integration across systems, delays in document approval workflows, and challenges in managing employee communication and collaboration. The new portal was designed to serve as a centralized digital workspace, integrating with SAP ERP, Directum, and Active Directory, while aligning with the company’s corporate branding and compliance requirements.
